Philanthropic Strength

Creating opportunities for community impact.

The premiere attribute found in strong communities is committed and empowered human capital. Whether representing businesses, families, and/or private foundations, the investment of time and dollar back through non-profit organizations result in more resilient and engaged communities.

Upon determining that the majority of contributions (time and dollar) were made by a small percentage of community catalysts (individuals, businesses, foundations), Pete added a service to inspire an increasing number of new community activists. The vision is to foster outstanding relationships and community engagement opportunities, so that communities of empowered and active citizens are developed.

We help businesses (including their individual staff/officers)

  • Enhance public image
  • Engage according to a distinct mission
  • Leverage citizenship for corporate growth
  • Generate new business leads and sales
  • Boost the corporate marketing strategy
  • Enhance visibility with consumers and vendors
  • Recruit and retain A-players
  • Enhance the satisfaction of giving
  • Build strong (or stronger) community relationships
  • Strengthen employee skill sets
  • Measure community engagement impact

There are thousands of businesses in each city, with the vast majority operating as “checkbook charities”, where giving is executed without focus and to organizations perceived as worthwhile. Even (or especially) given the current state of our economy, these businesses do not consider accountability, efficiency, or advancing the interests of the business.

Successful companies have implemented formal corporate giving programs, which maximize human capital and financial resources to create significant community engagements.

As mentioned, very few businesses manage their giving through formal giving programs. In fact, most continue to simply write checks and, even worse, fail to leverage their giving to strengthen their businesses. If you’re a leader of one of these businesses, you’re invited to participate in a complimentary “pre-evaluation” of corporate giving. Upon completion of a series of quick questions, a simple evaluation of your corporate giving program will be confidentially shared with you.

We help individuals (including their families)

Contributions (of time and dollar) are magnified from personal (outside of the office) involvement. Taken to a family context, we help individuals…

  • Promote family values
  • Find and create connections to the right organizations
  • Generate lifelong community connections
  • Open the door to rewarding volunteer experiences
  • Create a path of community leadership
  • Enhance the satisfaction of giving
  • Create and leave strong legacies

To learn more about your philanthropic “footprint”, you’re invited to participate in a complimentary “mini-assessment” of individual giving. Upon completion of a series of quick questions, a simple evaluation of your philanthropic activities will be confidentially shared with you.

Please complete an Individual Giving Pre-Evaluation, then learn more about how you can make an even greater difference in the community.
