Parker Development Services is operated in Reno, Nevada by Pete Parker. Pete entered the non-profit sector during his undergraduate years at the University of Arizona, when he was hired by Fraternity Management Group to help manage capital campaigns at different campuses across the country. Though he graduated from the Race Track Industry Program (studying horse and dog racing), he opted to follow his newly found passion.

Since 1990, Pete has helped community organizations raise nearly $30,000,000 to meet capital, endowment and operational goals. The philosophy behind success is found through building long-lasting relationships. Since 1995, Pete has concentrated the majority of pursuits from Northern Nevada, but has worked with groups in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Oklahoma and Michigan.

After serving as staff for extraordinary non-profit organizations, Pete has found a niche in helping multiple organizations at one time. This is accomplished not just through his professional pursuits, but also his voluntary efforts. He currently serves on eight non-profit boards and is chair of a community-enhancing project.

To learn a little more about Pete’s skills and experience, take a look at his resume.

Pete is a single father of two incredible children, who remind him on a daily basis exactly why he has a sincere passion for helping others and the community. When he’s not working, volunteering or spending time with his children, Pete can be found running, cycling or following horse racing and college athletics.

Though his goal isn’t to win awards and recognition, he’s truly honored to be associated with the following awards:
